The Hotel San Ayre offers Corporate Stays available on all our units from Guest Rooms, Guest Suites to our Mountain Suite and Cottages.

See our Guest Rooms that feature down comforters, glass tiled walls, and original hard wood floors for your Corporate Stay. (Available on a Limited Basis. Please Contact our Front Desk.)

Guest Suites offer two bedrooms and two separate baths, a full kitchen, hardwood floors and a living room that provide an efficient suite design that leaves ample room for pleasure.

Or for more space that includes a separate King Bedroom and Queen Bedroom, private baths, private decks, living rooms, private entries, mud rooms and full kitchens see our Mountain Suite, Sunlight Cottage or Crestone Cottage. (Also Available on a Limited Basis. Please Contact our Front Desk).

Corporate Stay Policies:
*Corporate Stays require the first week (7-day discounted rate) to be paid full in order to secure your reservation. An email confirmation will be send within 24-hours.

** If you cancel within 30-days of your arrival date, we hold onto your deposit for you to use at the Hotel San Ayre within one year

***There is no refund on booked Corporate Stays

**** Changes in reservation dates are allowed only twice and must be confirmed 30-days prior to a reserved period. There will be no refund on changed reservations.

***** Once checked in and final payment has been received, there will be no refunds made for early check-outs. For a weekly corporate stay we generally bill on a weekly basis.

******Local tax of 9.4% is charged for the first 30-days of your stay.
